Backyard BBQ Hot Dogs
All-beef hot dogs grilled to perfection with all the classic toppings.
Ingredients
- 1 package Kentucky Legend Smokemaster's Finest All Beef Hot Dogs (8 count)
- 8 hot dog buns, split
Classic toppings
- Yellow mustard
- Ketchup
- Dill relish
- Diced white onion
For chili dogs
- 1 can of your favorite chili
- Shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
- 1 Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F). Clean and lightly oil the grates.
- 2 Score each hot dog with 3-4 diagonal cuts about 1/4 inch deep. This helps them char and prevents splitting.
- 3 Grill hot dogs for 6-8 minutes total, turning every 2 minutes, until evenly charred with nice grill marks.
- 4 During the last 2 minutes, place buns cut-side down on the grill to toast lightly.
- 5 Set up your toppings bar. Load each hot dog your way — classic mustard and relish, or go full chili cheese dog.
- 6 Serve immediately and enjoy every legendary bite.
